It is located to the north of the city, a short distance from the city centre, making it the ideal place to go at any time of the day. However, the most characteristic feature of this park is without a doubt the remains of the native settlements that once existed in the park itself, consisting of various totem poles and replicas that you can visit and take photos of freely.

Chinatown in Vancouver Canada

Given Vancouver’s large Asian community, the city could not do without its own Chinatown. As well as being one of the oldest Chinatowns in North America, Vancouver’s Chinatown is the largest in Canada.

In addition to its many walking trails that extend over an area of up to 270 hectares, the feature that will probably catch your attention the most is the impressive Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. Capilano Suspension Bridge

The Capilano Suspension Bridge is one of the most impressive sights to see on your visit to Vancouver. Just a 10 minute drive from the city centre, this bridge is a must-see, especially if you’re not afraid of heights.

More than 70 metres above the impressive Capilano River, this bridge stretches up to 137 metres, and you can cross it while admiring a landscape that will leave you speechless. It has several viewpoints, which, in addition to enjoying the views, will allow you to take some breathtaking photos. Once you’ve crossed the bridge, we recommend crossing the Cliffwalk, a narrow circular platform 200 metres above the trees, with a panoramic view of the entire forest. However, this attraction is not suitable for those who suffer from vertigo!

Grouse Mountain in Vancouver Canada

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, Grouse Mountain is one of the most beautiful places you should visit. Part of the famous North Shore Mountains in the Pacific Range, you can enjoy an excursion to one of Canada’s finest wilderness areas.

How to get to Lynn Canyon Park from Vancouver?

To get to Lynn Canyon Park from Vancouver, you can hire a car or take public transport.

– If you are driving, you will need to take a 20 minute drive on the Trans-Canada Hwy until you reach the Mountain Hwy. Once there, keep going straight until you reach Lynn Valley Rd.

– If you are travelling by public transport, you can take the 229 or 228 bus, which runs every 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Northbound Lynn Valley Rd stop and walk 8 minutes to the park.
