The Mochima National Park is an impressive natural area located on the coast of Venezuela, between the states of Sucre and Anzoategui. Covering more than 94,000 hectares, the park encompasses both a mountain range on the Mochima peninsula and numerous islands and cays that stand out for their rich biodiversity, with colourful coral reefs, mangroves, white-sand beaches and a wealth of marine fauna, such as dolphins and turtles.
