The city of Sukhothai, located in northern Thailand, dates back to the 13th century and was for 150 years the capital of the ancient kingdom of Siam. There is plenty to do in Sukhothai as the city still retains many of its original monuments and temples. The Sukhothai Historical Park is truly impressive and its ruins will surprise you very pleasantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
