Jericoacoara means “house of turtles” in the indigenous Tupi language, and is a municipality located on the coast of the state of Cear\u00e1 in Brazil. Twenty years ago it was just a small isolated fishing village with difficult access, but today it has become a popular tourist destination where people from all over the world travel to windsurf and kitesurf. But that’s not all, there is much more to see in Jericoacoara.
