Located in Anchor Bay, northwestern Malta<\/a>, Popeye Village is one of the great attractions on the island of Malta. This tiny seaside village, cradled by the waters of the Mediterranean, is the former film set for the Popeye movie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Made up of nineteen wooden buildings in the typical Maltese fishing style, this village continues to bring the story of this sailor to life. It is a real amusement park dedicated to one of the most famous cartoon characters in history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
