Temperatures in Indonesia are very stable all year round, with highs of about 33°C and lows of 21°C and fairly high humidity. It has two seasons: the dry season, from May to October; and the rainy season, from November to April, with the Monsoon.
The best months to travel to Indonesia are from May to October. This time corresponds to the dry season, so the chances of rainfall are much lower than the rest of the year.
The most common way to get to Indonesia is by plane arriving at the airports of Jakarta or Bali. Some of the airlines operating in Indonesia are: Air Asia, Garuda, Lion, Sriwijaya, Jetstar, Batik and Scoot among others.
As you know, Indonesia is a country of more than 10,000 islands, with a total area of 1.905 million km². Therefore, the answer to this question will depend a lot on the routes you are going to take. Since it is an archipelago, in many cases the best alternative is to travel by boat. Many of the small islands, as the Gili, for example, are very well connected by sea through ferries with other bigger islands, in this case Lombok. However, if you want to travel longer distances, it would be best to travel directly by plane to save time and not lose travel days.
